As a Game Producer, you will implement the interactive content vision and roadmap alongside leadership, keeping the company at the forefront of children's educational content.

Your day-to-day involves overseeing production workflows from ideation to final release, scheduling milestones, and resolving bottlenecks. You balance cost, speed, and quality by managing in-house and outsourced production effectively, while maintaining a holistic budget view.

You act as a key point of contact across teams, collaborating with curriculum experts to align content with educational objectives. You ensure smooth information flow between content, product, and management teams, providing regular production updates tailored to each audience.

You work with data teams to analyze engagement and retention metrics, using insights to optimize content. User feedback and testing data drive continuous iteration, ensuring high-quality, engaging learning experiences in a safe, ad-free environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Producer or Project Manager in digital media, gaming, or interactive content, including ownership of production timelines and cross-team coordination.
  • Solid understanding of game/content production pipelines, scheduling, and milestone execution.
  • Hands-on experience with production management tools and workflows.
  • Ability to gather customer insights and data to inform production decisions.
  • Proven ability to ensure smooth information flow between content, product, and management teams.
  • Experience moderating meetings and implementing best practices, guidelines, and workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Attention to high production standards, balancing template-based game experiences with unique, innovative content.
