About this role
We are looking for warm, polite, and outgoing individuals with strong French speaking and writing skills to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will understand the needs of our customers and provide world-class support while working remotely.
Your main duties include conducting oral and written communication with customers, adhering to pre-defined rules and procedures, and informing clients about service characteristics. You will also find solutions and provide information so customers can self-handle their cases, while regularly monitoring case status and providing timely feedback.
You will work in a large, international team with a remote model, giving you the flexibility to support clients from anywhere. The role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment that values continuous improvement and learning.

Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Excellent knowledge of the French language with good speaking and writing skills
- Good working knowledge of the English language
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Accuracy in data entry
- Ability to conduct proper business communication with colleagues
Responsibilities
- Conduct oral and written communication with customers, adhering to pre-defined rules and procedures
- Inform and advise customers on service characteristics and answer their questions
- Find solutions and provide information so customers can self-handle their cases
- Regularly monitor the status of client cases
- Provide feedback to customers on their cases
- Monitor service level agreements (SLA)
- Provide timely and quality reporting to the Client Relation Manager on activities and work processes
- Support continuous improvement of the process
