As a Senior Support Specialist, you will support customers and professionals throughout the region, handling HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries.

You will handle all day-to-day queries with resolution for in-scope verticals, requiring availability Wednesday through Sunday. Support Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk by troubleshooting basic queries and acting as Subject Matter Expert for day-to-day operations. Utilize knowledge in Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow for IT ticket triaging.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk with troubleshooting basic queries
  • Excellent knowledge of Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow IT Ticket Triaging
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes such as data management, time and expense management, transfers, change requests, and employment certification
  • Proficiency in organizing and maintaining employee records in proprietary platforms
  • Experience in benefits administration for customers and professionals
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form to explain and resolve queries
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts

Responsibilities

  • Support customers and professionals throughout the region as part of the Support Team
  • Handle day-to-day queries with resolution for HR, IT, Finance, and benefits verticals
  • Provide Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk support, troubleshooting basic queries
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for day-to-day operations
  • Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary Platform, including input, updates, and processing forms for new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email, phone, and other means
  • Liaise with G-P partners and vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, and pension providers
