As Key Account Manager, build and lead strategic client alliances based on trust and joint value creation for sustainable growth. Align client goals with company vision, acting as strategic partner and trusted advisor. Lead negotiations for category agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive profitable sales.
Optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence to meet volume, revenue, and margin targets. Conduct regular category reviews using syndicated data to recommend client-specific growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams for effective market execution.

Requirements
- Experience building strategic client relationships in FMCG or consumer goods sector
- Proficiency in category management using syndicated data sources
- Strong skills in negotiating commercial agreements and Joint Business Plans
- Ability to analyze sales performance for assortment, pricing, and promotion optimization
- Knowledge of trade investment management and shelf execution in retail
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and supply chain
- Analytical mindset for forecasting, planning, and performance reviews
- Pragmatic and determined approach to driving account growth
Responsibilities
- Build and lead strategic alliances with clients, developing solid and lasting relationships based on trust, customer knowledge, account management excellence, and joint value creation for efficient sustainable growth
- Align client objectives with short- and long-term company vision and priorities, acting as strategic partner and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
- Lead negotiations of category agreements and develop and present structured commercial proposals, including Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Generate profitable sales growth by optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence in line with volume, revenue, and margin budget objectives
- Manage trade investments rigorously, ensuring optimal use of marketing budget to achieve brand volume and profitability goals across the portfolio
- Conduct regular category and account reviews using syndicated data and performance analyses to recommend client-specific actions and growth opportunities
- Identify and activate opportunities to improve commercial efficiency and performance across all levers of assigned accounts
- Lead client presentations and meetings for new product launches, innovations, and marketing programs from conception to shelf execution
