As a remote Partnership Executive, focus on inside sales to identify and acquire new business investment partnerships. Qualify potential candidates and provide detailed, personal explanations of our unique investment model. Actively reach out, present services, and engage in compelling conversations with residential real estate agents and teams.

Our partners access sophisticated growth planning, full back-office services, cutting-edge SaaS resources, and dedicated team support. Fusion is the only company offering compensation structured for real estate agents' cash flow needs. With over 300 team members and rapid expansion, we seek top talent to penetrate new markets.

Your mission is to forge partnerships then cultivate growth. Prove dedication in business development to unlock promotions like Contract Negotiator. Excel in Zoom sales cycles: Explanation of Investment meeting followed by collaborative Make A Deal sessions reminiscent of Shark Tank.

Requirements

  • High-level sales executive experience targeting real estate professionals
  • Proficiency in inside sales and business development
  • Ability to qualify leads and explain complex investment models
  • Comfortable conducting sales via Zoom meetings
  • Strong negotiation skills for collaborative deal-closing sessions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business investment partnerships using inside sales approach
  • Qualify potential business candidates for investment
  • Provide detailed personal explanation of unique investment model
  • Actively reach out to residential real estate agents and teams
  • Present services and engage in compelling conversations to secure partners
  • Conduct Zoom Explanation of Investment meetings
  • Participate in Make A Deal meetings to close agreements collaboratively
