As Sales Admin (Social Media), you will respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat platforms like Line, Facebook, and website. Provide detailed product information to aid purchasing decisions and recommend suitable courses to drive sales. Close sales by guiding customers through purchasing, payment, and registration processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, particularly in closing sales through chat
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product information clearly and concisely
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in using online sales tools and chat platforms
- Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various chat platforms (e.g., Line, Facebook, website)
- Provide detailed information about FutureSkill's products and services to help customers make purchasing decisions
- Recommend and promote suitable courses to customers to drive sales
- Close sales through chat by assisting customers with the purchasing process, payment, and registration
- Follow up with potential leads to increase the chances of conversion and boost sales
- Manage customer databases and systematically record sales activities
- Report sales performance and track key metrics regularly
