As Remote Business Development Manager, you will drive rental and sales revenue growth in your assigned region.
You will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across various sectors using traditional and digital sales methods. Organize your activity with a structured weekly schedule and create detailed commercial plans to meet regional growth targets. Proactively understand client needs and market challenges while leveraging excellent product knowledge.
Work closely with commercial teams and the Hire Desk to achieve revenue goals and sustain long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product support, marketing, operations, and logistics. Ensure smooth processes for business development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Prospect actively new territories, accounts and/or application markets in line with LGH growth strategy, including market analysis, value proposition identification, competitive advantages, competitor landscape study, opportunity prioritization, target account definition, account strategies, go-to-market routes, and promotion, pricing, delivery requirements
- Engage proactively and strategically with decision-makers and identify opportunities in key sectors
- Develop, present and implement detailed market development plans including revenue and profitability objectives per territory and account
- Analyze and select appropriate distribution partners in assigned geographical areas with agreements on dedicated territories, product offerings, pricing structures, sales targets, market reporting, promotional actions and joint customer visit commitments
- Collaborate with Marketing to define sales campaigns and distribution channels to increase sales
- Communicate and coordinate closely with internal teams (internal sales, product support, marketing, operations and logistics) to ensure process implementation and compliance
