About this role

This role exists to accelerate growth for a US-based boutique e-commerce brand specializing in premium home furnishings and curated European-made decor. As a hands-on Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will own SEO end-to-end while running daily multi-platform social publishing and launching an influencer program.

Day-to-day, you will plan and execute both organic SEO and paid search initiatives to increase qualified traffic and conversions. You will also publish daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (Twitter), create carousels, reels, and product-led content, and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with the brand voice.

You will identify and outreach to potential influencers aligned with the home decor audience, coordinate partnerships including product seeding, and negotiate deliverables and timelines. The team is lean, professional, and committed to long-term growth, maintaining high standards across every aspect of the business.

This role offers the opportunity to turn a premium, artisan product line into compelling digital content that drives qualified traffic and conversions. You will track SEO, paid, and social performance, test creatives and posting schedules, and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROI across channels.

Requirements

  • Proven SEO specialist experience managing both organic SEO and paid search campaigns.
  • Hands-on social media management across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (Twitter), with experience creating carousels and reels.
  • Demonstrated influencer outreach, coordination, and negotiation experience.
  • Strong English copywriting and content creation skills with high attention to detail and error-free delivery.
  • Technical skills in on-page SEO, keyword research, basic technical SEO, and content briefing.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the home furnishings industry environment and seasonal trends.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute both organic SEO and paid search initiatives to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO hygiene.
  • Build and manage content briefs aligned to product specifications and category themes.
  • Publish daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X (Twitter); explore and test TikTok.
  • Create carousels, captions, reels/short-form videos, and engaging product-led content.
  • Identify and outreach to potential influencers aligned with the home decor audience; coordinate partnerships including product seeding.
  • Translate product specifications and design stories into clear, inspiring social and SEO content.
  • Track SEO, paid, and social performance; report weekly wins, learnings, and next steps.
