Manager, Solutions Engineering (Remote)

You will lead, coach, and develop solutions engineers who are technical specialists in the Geotab ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of revenue generation, product, and customer success. Day-to-day involves coaching individual contributors, managing workloads, project delivery, and equipping the team for complex challenges.

Beyond team management, you will scope and oversee technical solution design, act as senior escalation for high-impact engagements. Build team processes, drive continuous improvement, set and track KPAs. Align with senior leadership, contribute to revenue, and maintain customer and partner relationships.
