Ensure customers map their business in financial and asset accounting simply and automated. Recognize improvement potentials and unaddressed jobs-to-be-done through continuous customer exchange, translating them into targeted, user-friendly solutions. Validate ideas before development, plan rollouts, analyze feedback, and manage user-oriented communication across touchpoints.

Work with the cross-functional team to address the four big risks of product development: value, usability, feasibility, and business viability. Prioritize and balance the backlog to advance the product vision quickly. Collaborate with other Product Owners and teams for a consistent end-to-end user journey across domains.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in Lean Product Management, specifically for online and SaaS solutions
  • Live Continuous Product Discovery and understand the importance of customer understanding for outstanding product experiences with measurable outcomes
  • Economics degree and several years practical experience in financial accounting to discuss with target group on eye level
  • Familiar with booking and depreciation from daily practice and translate into concrete, user-centered product solutions
  • Strong discovery mindset, keep portfolio and vision in view, make data-based decisions, user interviews, rapid prototyping
  • Use AI tools purposefully to gain insights faster and boost productivity
  • Very good German skills (at least C2 level) for direct customer interaction
  • Excellent communication in interdisciplinary team context, translate between disciplines, basic technical knowledge advantageous
