The International CFO oversees financial operations and strategy for all operations outside the US, driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role develops financial strategies, leads budgeting and forecasting, and collaborates with executive leadership to align financial and operational goals.

The team operates in a hybrid model with Monday and Friday work-from-home days, and Tuesday through Thursday in the Minneapolis office. Finance professionals are valued as strategic partners working collaboratively across functions to support growth and innovation.

This executive role offers the opportunity to lead global financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure decisions. International travel up to 20% is required, providing direct engagement with regional teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior financial leadership for multinational operations.
  • Deep understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS and GAAP).
  • Expertise in global tax planning, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong treasury management skills including cash flow, FX risk, and capital allocation.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
  • Experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting.
  • Strategic partnership mindset with ability to collaborate across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies supporting global growth and profitability.
  • Lead all financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, significant investments, and capital structure.
  • Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, reporting, and analysis across international entities.
  • Ensure accurate, timely preparation of consolidated financial statements compliant with IFRS and GAAP.
  • Direct global tax planning, compliance, and reporting to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Manage treasury including cash flow forecasting, liquidity, banking relationships, and capital allocation.
  • Collaborate with regions on pricing strategies to drive profitable growth and margin improvements.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls across global entities.
