About this role

As an AI Enablement Partner, you will be the connective tissue between Glovo's business functions and its Data and Engineering teams, turning AI potential into real, working solutions that people use every day. This is not a role where you will be handed a strategy and asked to execute it.

You will help shape the strategy, write the playbooks, build the frameworks, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with teams across the organization. Your mission is to own adoption outcomes across your functions, not whether tools were deployed, but whether people actually use them and whether it saves time or makes things better.

The position sits within the Strategy function and reports to the Director of Strategy. It operates as a horizontal capability that serves the whole business organization, with each Partner developing deep familiarity with a cluster of business functions while contributing to cross-functional programs that benefit Glovo as a whole.

You will co-own Glovo's AI upskilling programme and activate a network of AI Champions to sustain adoption at scale. By breaking silos and ensuring every use case solved well in one function is immediately accessible to others, you will raise the floor for the entire company.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally spanning strategy and business operations.
  • Proven ability to earn trust quickly and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools or processes across a large organization.
  • Comfort building things yourself when it is quick (e.g., prototypes, workflows) and routing complex requests to engineering.
  • Strong analytical mindset to map, prioritise, and measure ROI of AI use cases.
  • Ability to coach and activate a network of champions to sustain change at scale.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., LLMs, automation platforms) without needing to be a software developer.

Responsibilities

  • Own adoption outcomes across your functions: ensure people actually use AI tools and that it saves time or makes things better.
  • Be the first responder when a function has a problem AI can solve—build it yourself if it takes a day, spec and route it if it needs engineering, and coach a Champion to own it long-term.
  • Map, prioritise, and drive the AI use-case backlog for your functions in partnership with Sponsors and Champions.
  • Sit with teams, watch how work actually gets done, and surface automation opportunities the teams themselves have not thought to articulate.
  • Co-own Glovo's AI upskilling programme alongside Data and People teams, knowing what the organisation needs because you see it every day on the ground.
  • Activate, coach, and sustain the network of AI Champions in your functions so adoption scales beyond what you can personally drive.
  • Shape how Glovo governs AI spend and tooling: build a model that enables speed rather than blocking it, and hold the line between moving fast and losing control of cost.
  • Ensure that every use case solved well in one function is immediately accessible to every other function—break silos and raise the floor for everyone.
