About this role

This role contributes to the evolution of the Data Platform by supporting product roadmap definition and translating business and technical needs into clear requirements. You will drive platform adoption through communication, training, and enablement for diverse stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing platform operations, managing access and governance processes, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. You will also support delivery activities such as platform migrations, backlog management, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Cloud SRE, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and business domains to ensure alignment and effective delivery. Acting as a key point of contact, you bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to simplify complex topics.

This role offers the opportunity to enhance developer and user experience by improving tools, documentation, templates, and internal onboarding materials. By working on a global data platform, you will grow your expertise in cloud data architecture and modern data technologies.

Requirements

Strong understanding of cloud data architecture and data engineering concepts, ideally within Azure environments.
Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure platforms.
Experience working in IT service management environments, including incident and problem management processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams, including both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and modern data or AI-related tools is considered an asset.
