About this role

You'll support multiple cross-functional delivery teams, partnering with Engineers, Product Owners and Engineering Managers to improve delivery flow and manage dependencies. Success is measured by how effectively teams collaborate, how confidently they deliver, and how much they improve over time. We're looking for someone who can coach, influence and bring people together to achieve better outcomes.

You'll facilitate planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives and other agile events that help teams move work forward. You'll identify and remove roadblocks, manage dependencies and help teams navigate delivery challenges. You'll use delivery insights and metrics to improve team effectiveness and predictability.

Partner with Engineers, Product Owners and Engineering Managers to keep priorities aligned and outcomes on track. The role requires strong coaching and facilitation skills to build alignment across stakeholders. You'll be comfortable using data and delivery metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar role in a technology environment
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, product development and modern software practices
  • Skilled at coaching teams, facilitating conversations and building alignment across stakeholders
  • Comfortable using data and delivery metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Able to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams
