Remote · Full-time · £45,000 – £60,000

About this role

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has been appointed as a delivery partner for a major UK development programme, currently operating under a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The programme includes infrastructure, vertical development, and complex design and construction interfaces.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will ensure that building information models are geometrically coordinated across the project and in accordance with the client's requirements. Your day-to-day work involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's BIM requirements, producing and maintaining a BIM Execution Plan, and configuring Autodesk Navisworks for model federation and clash detection.

You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, reviewing their Task Information Delivery Plans to ensure they reflect the proposed models. RLB's approach is to be an extension of the client's team, with collaboration at the heart of it, and you will work remotely as part of a supportive, employee-owned organisation.

RLB offers tailored training programmes, mentoring and reverse mentoring schemes to help you share expertise while gaining fresh insights. As an independent, employee-owned business, RLB invests in employee wellbeing through hybrid and flexible working arrangements and family-friendly policies.
