They set milestones with the Area Lead considering business time-to-market and coordinate teams to meet outcomes.

The role involves supporting iterative business planning and tracking execution while engaging stakeholders. Define, plan, document, and review project scope, translating cross-team dependencies into actionable plans. Identify and secure resources, monitoring utilization through staffing analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the iterative business planning process
  • Plan and track project execution while coordinating milestones with stakeholders
  • Define, plan, document, and review project scope
  • Understand and translate cross-team dependencies into actionable plans
  • Identify and secure resources required to execute the plan and monitor resource utilization
  • Ensure delivered products meet defined business requirements and are of high quality
  • Proactively identify and manage risks with effective mitigation plans
  • Lead and define the change management process for projects
