Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures primarily on Azure while exercising technical leadership internally and externally. Requirements

5-6 years in software engineering and cloud architectural design, at least 5 years with Microsoft Azure, 3 years with AI technologies, 2 years with Generative AI like OpenAI
Program fluently in C#, Python or TypeScript, applying cloud and on-premise design patterns
Advanced Prompt Engineering and experience with LLMs applying RAG, Synthetic Data Generation, Guardrails Patterns, Chain-of-Thought
Knowledge of information retrieval, semantic embeddings, vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate or others), Semantic Kernel or LangChain
Experience defining CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and MLOps: versionado, monitorización, observability, reentrenamiento
Design integrations with REST APIs, MCP and standards; produce written and diagrammatic architectures
Governance, security, compliance (GDPR, ethical AI), protect sensitive data in pipelines and models
Fluent English spoken and written, communicate with clients, train them, build trust relationships

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures primarily on Azure
Exercise technical leadership internally and externally in AI projects
Convert business needs into architectures using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure ML, AI Search
Apply advanced Prompt Engineering with LLMs using RAG, Synthetic Data Generation, Guardrails Patterns, Chain-of-Thought
Work with information retrieval systems, semantic embeddings, and vector databases like Qdrant, Weaviate
Orchestrate with frameworks like Semantic Kernel or LangChain
Define CI/CD strategies with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, applying MLOps practices including versioning, monitoring, observability, reentrenamiento
Design integrations with REST APIs, MCP, and other standards; create clear technical diagrams
