About this role
Digitail is the AI operating system for modern veterinary clinics. It continuously improves how practices run from client communication and scheduling to medical records, billing, and payments. Account Managers own and grow relationships with largest veterinary clinic groups after the sale.
Guide onboarding of initial clinics, coordinate rollout of subsequent locations, and act as primary relationship owner for multi-location organizations. Focus on driving adoption, operational alignment, expansion opportunities, and long-term partnership across the platform. Partner closely with the Onboarding team for best practices.
Build trust-based relationships with executive sponsors, operators, and clinic leaders. Plan and host regular business reviews and usage reviews with stakeholders. Represent the voice of the customer by gathering feedback for product improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends to advise customers strategically. Support commercial discussions and multi-year agreements. Scale with growing clinics using Digitail's intelligent platform refined alongside veterinary teams.
Requirements
- Experience in or exposure to VetMed
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Customer roles within SaaS
- Experience managing multi-location or enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
- Experience coordinating onboarding, implementation, or rollout projects across multiple sites
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build credibility with operational and executive contacts
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with multi-location veterinary groups as primary point of contact
- Own the full customer lifecycle for assigned enterprise groups from onboarding through expansion
- Lead onboarding of initial clinics post-sale and coordinate rollout of additional locations
- Partner with Onboarding team to launch clinics according to Digitail best practices
- Drive adoption and usage by guiding customers toward workflow optimization and new features
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities including additional clinics and add-on products
- Own long-term account plans with rollout schedules, engagement plans, and QBRs
- Act as escalation owner for complex issues and gather feedback for product roadmap
