Senior SAP PEO / Manufacturing SME - Aerospace - Remote

This role is for a Senior SAP PEO and Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert to support an aerospace manufacturing client. The consultant will be responsible for integrating SAP Product Engineering and Operations (PEO) with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within an SAP S/4HANA environment. PEO is designed to provide a single digital thread from design to production, tightly integrating engineering (PLM) with manufacturing execution for complex, engineer-to-order industries.

Day-to-day, you will lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities with PP and PLM applications. You will work on blueprinting, process mapping, building, and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment. The role involves conducting workshops to capture business needs and converting them into system specifications.

You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions that align with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements. The role requires performing testing, process validation, user training, and change management for new processes. You will also support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement for the client.

This is a 6-month contract with minimal travel to the client and a possible contract-to-hire opportunity. The position is remote, hiring only US citizens working for a Department of Defense vendor. This is a senior-level opportunity to apply deep SAP manufacturing expertise in a high-stakes, regulated environment.
