3w3 weeks agoSan Francisco, US · Full-time · $171,467 – $300,067
About this role
Pinterest’s Platforms TPM team helps the company build a future-proof, scalable, and efficient technology ecosystem by turning platform strategy into clear, executable cross-team programs. We partner closely with engineering leadership across Quality Engineering, Client Foundations, Ads Foundations, and Core Infrastructure to drive modernization, improve reliability and software quality, and accelerate delivery across Pinterest’s most important technical foundations.
In this role, you will use GenAI as the default operating model for EP PgM execution—producing AI-assisted first drafts of core program artifacts and modernizing high-toil workflows into AI-first mechanisms. You will prototype solutions to augment decisions through data or simplify processes using AI coding assistants, while following Pinterest AI guidance for risk, governance, and safety-by-design.
You will lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional technical programs and partner with engineering leaders to define program outcomes, establish execution plans, manage dependencies and risks, and drive delivery against multi-quarter goals. You will build and run an integrated operating cadence across the portfolio, including roadmap planning, milestones, decision forums, status updates, and escalation paths.
This is an opportunity to drive programs that improve software quality, engineering hygiene, release confidence, reliability, and developer productivity across foundational platform investments. You will also lead technical program management for client foundations modernization across iOS, Android, and Web, and drive foundational programs across Ads and Core Infrastructure.
