Requirements

Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory
Experience with data visualization: charts, infographics, diagrams that inform rather than decorate
Visual storytelling instinct: find the narrative in the numbers
Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools: follow developments, experiment, and co-create with AI
Attention to detail and self-organization to manage multiple projects
