As a Product Designer, you will craft intuitive experiences that guide people to the right care at the right time.

In this role, you will design features across the platform—from stress management tools to depression treatment pathways—ensuring every interaction meets users where they are. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to iterate quickly, experiment with solutions, and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process for digital products
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
Understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility standards
Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment
Experience designing for health, wellness, or mental health platforms is a plus
Commitment to delivering personal best and continuously innovating to solve user needs
Demonstrated ability to jump into problems and initiate solutions with a bias towards action

Responsibilities

Design user experiences for mental health resources including one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and self-serve digital tools
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate and refine features
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Maintain a consistent design system and ensure accessibility across the platform
Contribute to a culture of high accountability and high empathy in every design choice
