About this role

We are looking for a Middle/Middle Strong Product Designer to join our project-based engagements. You will work on one of two exciting projects in the pharmacy or fintech domain.

Your day-to-day involves leading the end-to-end UX process from discovery to developer handoff. You will redesign complex user journeys, create scalable design systems, and design responsive web platforms with mobile-first experiences.

You will collaborate closely with front-end developers in small, agile teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Your role includes participating in product discussions and contributing to product thinking.

This engagement offers the possibility of prolongation, with expected working hours from 9 or 10 AM Kyiv time. It is an opportunity to work on high-impact products in innovative industries.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Product Design
Experience designing startup products
Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and navigation architecture
Ability to simplify complex flows into clear step-by-step experiences
Strong visual design skills with attention to spacing, typography, and hierarchy
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
Understanding of technical constraints in React Native environments
Experience working closely with developers in small, agile teams

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX process: discovery → wireframes → high-fidelity UI → developer handoff
Redesign and optimize complex user journeys (onboarding, verification flows, dashboards, etc.)
Create scalable design systems and reusable UI components
Design responsive web platforms and mobile-first experiences
Conduct UX audits and propose usability improvements
Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Collaborate closely with FE developers for pixel-perfect implementation
Deliver production-ready Figma files with clean structure and documentation
