Leads the Data Centers application strategy and opportunity roadmap to drive growth across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and infrastructure markets. Translates customer needs into prioritized application recommendations and supports cross-functional execution. This role is pivotal in shaping TE Connectivity's data center solutions for a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.

Define and maintain the data center application strategy and roadmap, building application plays for Sales and Sales Development. Develop recommendations on solution differentiation and adjacencies, and run application cadence with KPIs and governance inputs. You will also support partnership and M&A opportunity development to accelerate growth.

Partner cross-functionally to ensure feasibility and speed to market, working alongside diverse teams in a global environment. Requirements

  • 8+ years in strategy, business development, product, marketing, or engineering roles
  • Data center/infrastructure experience preferred
  • Cross-functional experience in global environments
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Data center application play development

  • Governance-ready decision framing
