The Paid Media Senior Strategist owns execution, performance, and growth for enterprise-level accounts, mastering Paid Media advertising while navigating complex client questions and roadblocks. Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign creation, daily optimizations, performance analysis, and cross-channel strategy that ties efforts to broader business goals. You will leverage AI technologies and our Nova ecosystem to enhance workflows and drive results.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts, and technologists who challenge traditional planning through meticulous testing and data science. Weekly department scrums and training sessions keep you at the forefront of channel knowledge, while frequent communication with internal teams and external clients ensures alignment and excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to impact billion-dollar media investments and shape client success through forward-thinking strategy. As a Senior Strategist, you will also contribute to developing new training materials and mentor specialists, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within a growth-obsessed firm that demands innovation and integrity.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Paid Media advertising platforms and advanced campaign management techniques
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level accounts with multi-channel strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights from tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and other analytics platforms
  • Ability to navigate probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues under pressure
  • Deep understanding of cross-channel strategy and how Paid Media impacts the broader media mix
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level client interactions and team collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise-level account campaigns including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership
  • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific sources of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify)
  • Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
  • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
  • Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned external clients
  • Seek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible
  • Participate in the development process for new department training materials
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
