HVAC Dispatcher

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Minuteman Heating & AC are seeking a Service Dispatcher to serve as the main point of contact for assigning and routing HVAC Technicians & Plumbers. The ideal candidate remains calm during stressful situations, has excellent communication skills, and is extremely reliable. This mission critical role requires some nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.

Multi-tasking is essential, with the ability to take appropriate action with little supervision. Ensure the right Tech/Plumber for the right job while managing the flow of information to and from Technicians/Plumbers accurately and timely. Handle data entry for permits, reports, and more.

This job suits someone dependable, more reliable than spontaneous, and people-oriented who enjoys interacting with others. Be adaptable/flexible for frequent shifts in direction and multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and thrive in high-pressure environments with high stress tolerance. Work in person with day shifts, nights, holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.
