About this role

We are seeking a Change Enablement Specialist to support the execution of change management activities for a large-scale business transformation initiative. This hands-on role focuses on developing communications and coordinating stakeholder engagement efforts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining change-related deliverables, coordinating webinars and information sessions, and creating end-user resources such as toolkits and guides. The role also involves preparing presentations and briefing materials for leadership and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, managing follow-up actions and ensuring change activities remain on track. This position operates within an established change framework, emphasizing execution and coordination rather than strategy definition.

This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant transformation initiative while leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools. Candidates must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours for the duration of the contract, with potential for extension.
