The SAP Digital Enterprise service unit is the premier solutions partner for designing and delivering a digitized, high-performing future to client ecosystems. This role drives maximum business value across the entire value chain from R&D through to Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

The MHP Americas Finance Innovation and Optimization Lead builds the S/4HANA Finance capability in North America and fosters its growth within our Digital Supply Chain service unit. You will set actionable objectives, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands-on leadership approach to execution.

Our team combines deep industry knowledge with process and IT expertise to guide clients through the digitalization paradigm shift. We deliver strategic direction, innovative design, implementation, and ongoing support for supply chain processes, applications, and technologies.

This position offers the opportunity to shape a new capability and cultivate relationships with new customers. You will continuously adjust offerings according to market demands and ensure the quality of services for our existing client base.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience scaling a consulting practice
Deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) solutions
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, including On-Premise and Cloud
Strong understanding of the entire value chain from R&D to Manufacturing and Supply Chain
SAP-certified practitioner with ability to leverage latest technologies
Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive business growth

Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic direction to SAP Finance and Controlling capability
Deliver the SAP FI/CO portfolio to existing and future clients, including S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Business Planning & Consolidation, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting
Build and scale the S/4HANA Finance consulting practice in North America
Set actionable objectives for the organization and create a culture of accountability
Take a hands-on leadership approach to execution and ensure quality of services for existing clients
Cultivate relationships with new customers and develop new business opportunities
Continuously adjust existing and future offerings according to market demands
