We are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box Product/UI-UX Designer who is task-oriented, prioritizes well, passionate, and a team player. This role supports the Product Manager and Developers on various projects to meet deadlines. Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Day-to-day involves gathering user requirements and feedback, synthesizing them into high-impact features, and delivering the best user experience solutions. Participate in product research, user acceptance testing by engaging customers directly, and competitive analysis. Enhance website content and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Experience with Figma
Experience in product design of mobile and web products
Experience with vibe designing using AI tools
Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, balance, spacing, and motion to create clear and engaging interfaces
Knowledge of layouts, typography, color theory, and design systems across web and digital products
Familiarity with designing for web and responsive experiences
Understanding of core UI/UX principles such as usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
6 months to 2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields

Responsibilities

Gather user requirements and feedback, synthesize the requirements, and define high-impact features and product enhancements
Deliver the best user experience solutions
Participate in product research and user acceptance testing by engaging with customers directly to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct competitive analysis to support campaigns, develop event-driven opportunities, and enhance the website's competitive content
Support Product Manager and Developers on a variety of projects to meet deadlines
Contribute to UI/UX design, branding elements, and basic iconography for web and mobile products
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces translating requirements into clear, engaging experiences
