++hellohello is a digital products agency where digital talents collaborate to design and develop standout products that transform businesses. The agency works across Web3, biotechnology, machine learning and finance sectors, with good design as its central obsession.

A Senior Web Designer works under Design Director supervision to create and elevate brand and digital product experiences. The role defines and produces art direction for websites, mobile applications and digital brand identities that differentiate clients from competitors.

The designer operates autonomously and proactively while collaborating with talented Designers, Motion Designers, 3D Artists, Developers and Producers. Direct client contact, deadline management and hierarchical presentation of work form core daily activities.

Requirements

+5 years of experience in website design
+5 years of experience in identity and brand design
Fluent handling of Figma and Illustrator
Knowledge of animation and After Effects
Very good level of English
Obsession with typography and details
Super creative, proactive and very curious person

Responsibilities

Participate and contribute experience in strategic brand and digital product definition instances.
Ideate creative concepts and materialize them visually based on the defined strategy.
Complement art direction with interface design knowledge to elevate product experiences.
Develop digital brand identities from logos to websites.
Present, argue and defend concepts to clients and colleagues from rational and strategic viewpoints.
Collaborate with Motion Designers, 3D Artists and Developers to deliver designs effectively.
Work across multiple projects and incorporate 3D and animation tools into the workflow.
