IT Product Manager - LIMS Clinical Diagnostics

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to ensure products are safe, authentic, and accurately labeled. The Product Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of eLIMS-Clinical Diagnostic Europe, the primary LIMS for Clinical Diagnostics in Europe and worldwide. This role represents the voice of business and users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include defining product vision, translating business strategy into roadmaps, and owning success metrics like value, adoption, satisfaction, and cost. The Product Manager acts as the single point of contact, collecting user feedback, prioritizing needs, and facilitating decisions with business and IT teams. Backlog management involves defining epics, features, and requirements with clear business value.

Collaboration is key with business stakeholders and IT roles including Architects, Developers, Deployment Managers, Operations Engineers, and Quality Managers. Delivery support covers sprint planning, reviews, demos, and validating outcomes against expectations. The role ensures alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance.

Lifecycle management spans ideation to retirement, including stable operations, incident-driven improvements, and continuous optimization of value, cost, and user experience. Financial aspects involve supporting forecasting and vendor management. Opportunities arise to drive measurable product impact in clinical diagnostics.
