As a Manager, manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects focused on risk management and continuous improvement. Oversee professional employees or teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Engage daily with external clients while leading delivery streams and projects.

Requirements

Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management
Ability to lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams in Finance Project Systems
Experience initiating requirement gathering, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design
Proficiency in SAP configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
Skill in consistently delivering quality client services and managing risk
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems
Ability to establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation

Responsibilities

Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams including requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design
Liaise with stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives
