About this role

BIMM is booming and seeking a Product Manager - AI Enablement to join the team. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in office at BIMM HQ in the Distillery District, with potential client site visits. BIMM is a Toronto-based agency at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity.

You will partner with developers, architects, QA, delivery leads, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and operationalize AI-driven solutions. Leverage AI and modern tooling to synthesize information faster, accelerate delivery, and boost team effectiveness. This role focuses on internal enablement, not just customer-facing features.

Work in a collaborative environment as creative realists, grounding ideas in client business realities. BIMM delivers high-performing campaigns, digital products, and CRM journeys for automotive, financial, telco, and retail sectors. Partner closely with clients to achieve big results through flawless execution.

Thrive in ambiguity, building new AI-enabled workflows from the ground up while navigating evolving priorities. Help teams adopt new tools, processes, and behaviors through clear communication and alignment. Shape the future of how digital products are designed, built, tested, and delivered.

Requirements

  • Passionate about building products, workflows, and systems that make teams smarter, faster, and more effective
  • Deeply curious about how AI and emerging technologies change digital product design, build, test, and delivery
  • Thrives in ambiguity and energized by building new ways of working from the ground up
  • Comfortable navigating evolving priorities, experimenting quickly, and learning from failure
  • Experienced working closely with developers, architects, QA, delivery leads, and client stakeholders
  • Skilled in change management, communicating clearly, and creating alignment across teams
  • Applies strong product judgment and critical thinking alongside AI leverage

Responsibilities

  • Partner with development teams, architects, and delivery leadership to identify opportunities where AI agents, automation, and internal tooling improve software delivery workflows
  • Define and evolve internal AI-enabled products, developer tooling, and agent-based workflows supporting engineering and client delivery teams
  • Drive backlog prioritization and roadmap for AI enablement initiatives
  • Identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for scalable AI-driven solutions across product delivery
  • Challenge teams to push boundaries of modern product development using AI
  • Operationalize AI workflows to accelerate delivery and increase team effectiveness
  • Facilitate change management to help teams adopt new tools and processes
