About this role

As a Graphic Designer at Compass Group USA, you will play a critical role in driving growth by delivering high-quality, visually compelling materials that support new sales and client retention. You will transform complex ideas into clear, strategic visuals that differentiate our brand in competitive bid environments.

Your day-to-day involves designing innovative sales proposals, brochures, logos, and digital assets from concept to production. You will also create interactive PowerPoint presentations and microsites that support client growth and retention, while collaborating closely with Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals.

You will work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment within the leading foodservice and support services company. The team values creativity and fresh ideas, inviting you to present during brainstorming sessions and design reviews. Collaboration is key as you translate complex client needs into engaging visuals that tell a clear story.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative, high-impact sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, microsites, PDFs, and other digital materials that support client growth and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals.
  • Translate complex information and client needs into engaging visuals that tell a clear, compelling story.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Present fresh, creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
  • Support the development of RFP responses by visually enhancing content and layouts.
