About this role

Findies is a social shopping network that helps women discover better products that truly fit their lifestyle. We combine expert recommendations, community, and cashback to make shopping more confident and trustworthy. In this role you will own creative strategy and drive product growth using paid marketing on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Creative output is the single biggest lever on growth and today the single biggest bottleneck. You will set creative strategy, build production processes, and personally drive the thinking that unlocks winning ads across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and beyond.

Our team is small and hands-on. You will hire, onboard, and develop junior and mid Creative Producers and Motion Designers while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing Designers. Conduct competitor and trend research to distill insights into prioritized creative bets.

As we grow within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry, your ability to deliver results and move fast will be essential. You will own and evolve the internal AI-powered creative pipeline while setting clear quality and performance standards for all creatives shipped by Findies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Producer / Creative Strategist in subscription or high-velocity B2C apps.
  • Direct ownership of ad performance metrics — you think in win rates, CPI, hold rates, and thumbstop rates.
  • Proven track record of creatives scaled to ≥5% Meta win rate, with specific numbers you can cite.
  • Hands-on mastery of paid social creative (hooks, pacing, UGC, vertical video, AI-generated formats).
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, CapCut AI) and documented workflows.
  • Data-driven approach — you argue in metrics, not in taste.
  • Leadership: ability to set vision, build process, raise standards, develop people.
  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you ship and iterate rather than wait for briefs.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Own creative strategy across one of product angles (Fashion or Beauty) — triggers, hooks, formats, narratives, visual language — and drive the creative roadmap.
  • Build scalable, documented creative production processes from brief to launch (ideation → production → QA → testing → iteration).
  • Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles and set the standard as the most senior creative thinker in the company.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers and Motion Designers; raise the bar of the creative team.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research; distill insights into prioritized creative bets.
  • Own and evolve Findies' internal AI-powered creative pipeline to compress time-to-creative.
  • Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives shipped by Findies.
