About this role

Trustbridge Design & Manufacturing builds a platform for the global manufacturing economy. It connects product companies struggling to find manufacturing partners with suppliers lacking qualified opportunities. The company combines engineering design services, a curated supplier network, and software tools for better engagement.

Already operating, generating revenue, and profitable, Trustbridge now scales operations with Asia central to growth. The remote COO / CEO-in-Training (Asia) works directly with the Vulcury founder to expand regionally. This role owns strategic direction and P&L for Asia expansion.

Lead engineering and design services by building regional capabilities and developing product company relationships. Expand the manufacturing supplier platform by curating networks across Asian hubs. Align platform features with regional market needs through collaboration with technical teams.

Incubated in Vulcury Venture Studio, gain shared infrastructure including strategic research, marketing capabilities, operational systems, technical resources, and access to advisors and investors. Focus on execution without building functions from scratch. Transition to full CEO leadership in Asia.

Requirements

Transitioning from advisor or senior operator to company-building leadership
Ownership experience with regional P&L and strategic direction
Background establishing presence in Asian manufacturing markets
Network building with suppliers and product companies in Asia
Scaling engineering design services from concept to production
Insights into aligning software platforms with manufacturing needs
Experience in global supply chain operations in Asia
Operator mindset for rapid business expansion

Responsibilities

Define and execute Trustbridge’s Asia growth strategy
Build and lead the regional operations team
Establish scalable systems and processes
Build and scale regional engineering and design-for-manufacturing capabilities
Develop relationships with product companies across Asia
Build and expand a high-quality supplier network across key Asian manufacturing hubs
Contribute to the development of Trustbridge’s sourcing and supplier platform
Help shape the supplier platform roadmap with regional insights
