As Senior ServiceNow Consultant, handle overall design, architecture, and mapping of client business requirements to technical solutions. Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools. Identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define requirements, determine integration needs, and develop implementation plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow solutioning, including hands-on design and deployment
  • Expertise in mapping client business requirements to scalable and supportable technical solutions
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, and others
  • Strong background in IT service management solution implementation and ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in front-end and backend technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow projects adhering to best practices
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
