This remote Senior UI/UX Designer role involves handling the design process from concept through execution. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Conduct user research to create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.

Analyze data to make decisions on improving product design and brainstorm ideas that meet business objectives. Design interfaces leading to intuitive user experiences while ensuring elements are responsive, accessible, and optimized for web and mobile. Deliver designs on time while maintaining high quality.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement designs aligned with project goals and assess creative work for real-world impact. Lead creation and evolution of brand guidelines, pushing creative boundaries. Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design standards and processes.

Advocate for users by testing early designs and suggesting user-focused implementations. Ensure designs align with priorities in a dynamic remote team environment. Drive continuous evolution in UI/UX practices for impactful results.

Requirements

BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field
5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience
Previous experience with both B2C and B2B products a plus
Knowledge and understanding of design thinking or human-centered design
Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
Experience ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for web and mobile
Ability to analyze data for design improvements
