OLAPLEX is a category-defining leader in prestige hair care, seeking talented individuals to transform foundational hair health for great hair days. The Global Brand Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized, proactive professional supporting the Manager in daily execution for assigned product categories. This role acts as a tactical partner across the full product lifecycle for NPD and core portfolio.
Support global Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring cohesive storytelling across touchpoints for new launches and core animations. Partner with Marketing Operations to track milestones and manage timelines for flawless execution. Lead organization of marketing toolkits with global translations and assets for international regions.
Coordinate on-set production needs, manage shoot logistics including shipping product samples and props. Monitor competitive landscape in treatment and repair to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain cross-functional alignment through status meetings and master trackers with eComm, Social, and Education teams.
Foster a culture celebrating team bonds while elevating individuals from all backgrounds. Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a no-task-too-small mindset. Gather data for campaign post-mortems to inform future category optimizations and sustain core franchises.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in high-growth beauty or CPG
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience managing complex timelines and workflows
- Self-starter with no task too small mindset thriving in fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and presentation skills to translate technical science into professional-grade content
- Proven ability to organize digital asset libraries for cross-functional access
- Experience conducting market research on consumer and stylist trends
Responsibilities
- Support rollout of global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for NPD and core animations
- Track campaign milestones with Marketing Operations to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Lead end-to-end organization and global delivery of marketing toolkits with translations
- Assist in developing campaign post-mortems by gathering and synthesizing data
- Coordinate on-set support for content production and treatment-focused shoots
- Manage shoot logistics including shipping and tracking of product samples and props
- Monitor competitive landscape in treatment and repair to identify trends
- Manage invoicing process and budget tracking for the Treatments category
