Remote Full Stack Team Lead

Fluent Trade Technologies is the fastest end-to-end data and trading technology provider in the FX, FI, and Futures markets. As a market leader with a significant Tier 1 and Tier 2 client base in the financial world, we seek a high-caliber Full-Stack Team Lead for our engineering team. The position is fully remote.

We are seeking a hands-on leader to head our application team in a 50% hands-on and 50% management role. You will manage a team of up to 5 developers and QA while reporting directly to the VP R&D. This balance ensures both technical depth and leadership impact.

Day-to-day involves leading projects to create high-end automatic financial trading systems. Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Take an active role in requirements definition and DevOps processes within a collaborative engineering environment.
