Work closely with managers, mentors, and HR for better development in a collaborative environment. Attend discussions to gain deeper knowledge on training ideas. Contribute to establishing an e-learning development center in Moodle alongside creating engaging content like videos, quizzes, and H5P activities.

Abhyaz Internships span 4-8 weeks remotely, requiring 10-15 hours weekly on real-time projects. Receive guidance from mentors and professionals, with weekly byte-sized deliverables reviewed by peers and supervisors. Excel to publish work in your portfolio, strengthen your resume, and potentially secure a full-time role.

  • Brief summary knowledge about Learning management system
  • Ability to conduct skills gap analyses company-wide
  • Set learning objectives for each course
  • Determine evaluation criteria
  • Fix goals to achieve targets easily

Responsibilities

  • Implement various methods for e-learning and online training in our platform
  • Create new course templates, workshop templates and test them in our platform
  • Analyze and evaluate organizational as well as individual development needs
  • Arrange and attend different meetings and discussions for better knowledge on training ideas
  • Work closely with managers, mentors and HR for better development
  • Figure out new techniques, execute them, and examine results
  • Establish an e-learning development center in Moodle
  • Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, activities, H5P etc.)
