About this role

Trustbridge Design & Manufacturing is building a platform for the global manufacturing economy. It connects product companies struggling to find manufacturing partners with capable suppliers lacking opportunities. The company combines engineering design services, a curated global supplier network, and software tools for better engagement.

Already operating, generating revenue, and profitable, Trustbridge is scaling operations with Asia central to global growth. As COO / CEO-in-Training (South-East Asia), work directly with the founder to expand across the region. Lead engineering design services and build the supplier platform tailored to Asian markets.

Incubated within Vulcury venture studio, benefit from shared strategic research, market analysis, marketing, operational systems, technical development, and access to advisors and investors. This setup allows focus on execution without building every function from scratch. Establish Trustbridge's presence in key Asian manufacturing hubs.

The role offers transition from advisor or senior operator to full company-building leadership with regional P&L ownership. Scale service and technology offerings while developing supplier networks. Ultimately lead the region as CEO driving strategic direction.

Requirements

Transitioning from advisor or senior operator into company-building leadership
Experience scaling operations in manufacturing or supply chain sectors
Knowledge of Asian manufacturing supply chains and key hubs
Background in engineering design services or product development to production
Ability to build supplier networks and relationships with product companies
Insights to shape sourcing and supplier platform roadmaps
Proven execution in regional business expansion

Responsibilities

Define and execute Trustbridge’s Asia growth strategy
Build and lead the regional operations team
Establish scalable systems and processes
Build and scale regional engineering and design-for-manufacturing capabilities
Develop relationships with product companies across Asia
Build and expand a high-quality supplier network across key Asian manufacturing hubs
Contribute to the development of Trustbridge’s sourcing and supplier platform
Ensure strong alignment between platform capabilities and regional market needs
