Miratech seeks an accomplished Director of AWS Alliance and GTM to own the AWS ecosystem strategy and drive overall go-to-market execution. This highly visible role focuses on building strategic partnerships and accelerating joint revenue with AWS. Day-to-day work centers on co-sell engagement, marketplace commercialization, and joint GTM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts. You will develop AWS-aligned sales motions and solution plays for CX, AI, and cloud transformation services. Pipeline creation and revenue growth remain the core focus through repeatable prospecting campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with AWS field teams, internal sales stakeholders, and enterprise customers while positioning Miratech as a preferred partner. The environment supports nimble decision-making within a global IT services company that maintains a 99% project success rate. Nearly 1000 professionals operate across 25 countries with over 25% annual growth.
The position offers the opportunity to establish Miratech as a leading AWS partner through executive engagement and ecosystem positioning. You will enable internal teams with field-ready messaging and campaign assets that facilitate sustained growth. This creates a platform for long-term impact in cloud partnerships and enterprise transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within alliances, hyperscaler ecosystems, cloud partnerships, strategic sales, enterprise GTM leadership, or technology consulting organizations.
- Proven track record of building and generating partner-influenced or partner-originated pipeline within the AWS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to create pipeline momentum through co-sell motions, executive engagement, field seller relationships, ecosystem positioning, and enterprise account development.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, cloud modernization, and CX transformation.
- Experience in commercializing service offerings and building AWS-aligned GTM campaigns.
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and build momentum in ambiguous or early-stage growth environments without requiring highly structured oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own Miratech’s AWS ecosystem strategy and overall go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive AWS partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-sell engagement and marketplace commercialization strategies.
- Lead development and execution of joint GTM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts for AWS-based CX, AI, and cloud transformation services.
- Build repeatable AWS-aligned sales motions, solution plays, and prospecting campaigns to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Position Miratech as a preferred partner within AWS ecosystem-led opportunities by leveraging engineering and managed services capabilities.
- Enable internal teams and AWS stakeholders with field-ready messaging, commercialization strategies, and campaign assets to facilitate growth.
