About this role

This remote role as SAP S/4HANA Project Manager focuses on Aerospace & Defense and Discrete Manufacturing. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce and order fulfillment strategy, ensuring high-scale performance and seamless S/4HANA integration. Navigate complex, highly regulated supply chains effectively.

Manage the full lifecycle of SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) and OMS implementations daily. Handle discovery, sprint planning, UAT, and cutover phases. Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting Spartacus/Composable Storefront bottlenecks and middleware integration failures.

Coordinate with business owners, IT infrastructure teams, and third-party logistics providers. Oversee advanced OMS fulfillment including ATP checks, multi-node distribution, serialized parts tracking, and split shipments. Ensure order status synchronization between storefront and S/4HANA Sales & Distribution.

Define target end-state and transitional plans using SAP Roadmap for Customer Experience/Lead-to-Cash. Demonstrate strong communication at executive levels. Leverage excellent MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams/SharePoint for project success.

Requirements

Aerospace & Defense (A&D) / Discrete Manufacturing experience navigating complex, highly regulated supply chains
In-depth knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud including integration with S/4HANA via BTP or SCPI, B2B/B2C Accelerators, PIM, and Smart Edit
Order Management System (OMS) expertise in advanced fulfillment, ATP checks, multi-node distribution
Experience with high complexity A&D requirements like serialized parts tracking and split shipments
Critical integration skills for synchronizing order status with S/4HANA Sales & Distribution
Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for Customer Experience/Lead-to-Cash
Strong communication and presentation skills at leadership/executive levels
Excellent MS Office skills particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams/SharePoint

Responsibilities
