Remote Customer Service Representative

Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a remote position with training on-site and hours Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM. Work in a business casual environment focused on patient accounts.

Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients, addressing questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts. Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up. Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.

Ensure positive experience for patients on behalf of Community Care Physicians. Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies. Post credit card payments to patient accounts while maintaining professional relationships.
