BlinkRx seeks a technically proficient Salesforce Developer with strong administrative capabilities for a high-impact role in Revenue Operations. The position ensures the platform scales alongside rapidly growing pharma operations through end-to-end development. You will align Salesforce capabilities with broader growth strategy as both a hands-on builder and strategic operator.

Daily work centers on leading Salesforce configuration and automation with Flows, assignment rules, and custom objects. Design custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs while managing integrations across HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and middleware platforms via REST and SOAP APIs.

Own the Salesforce platform roadmap with prioritization and stakeholder alignment. Drive data quality governance, perform proactive system maintenance including security reviews, and deliver user support plus training to boost adoption and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of data modeling (ERDs) and how it supports cross-object reporting
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and process automation tools
  • Experience managing Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms
  • Knowledge of platform governance, security reviews, and data integrity practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce configuration and automation including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, and custom objects
  • Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
  • Manage end-to-end user and license administration including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Optimize integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, ZoomInfo, and GTM tools using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Design scalable user experiences with screen flows to automate workflows such as opportunity progression
  • Build data models and stage gates to enable accurate reporting on conversion rates and order value metrics
  • Drive data quality and governance through rules and automation to maintain clean, reliable data
  • Own the Salesforce platform roadmap including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and proactive maintenance
