About this role

The AI Agent Engineer role centers on intelligent agent platform architecture design and module integration. Work involves LLM coordination with memory modules and tool calling mechanisms to build cohesive systems.

Daily responsibilities include deploying and optimizing development toolchains using LangChain and AutoGen frameworks. Engineers handle API integrations with external systems for efficient data flow and plugin execution.

Additional duties cover tracking frontier Agent technologies and conducting feasibility verification on open-source projects such as OpenClaw and Hermes Agent. Platform-level technical documentation supports ongoing stability testing and performance tuning.

The position emphasizes practical contributions to multi-agent collaboration and local deployment scenarios within a campus recruitment setting.

Requirements

Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering or related major, bachelor's degree or above, currently enrolled
Proficient in Python programming and familiar with LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel Agent development frameworks
Master command line tool development logic with zero token consumption atomic operation tool design capability
Familiar with API integration, database interaction and cloud service deployment such as AWS Lambda and Tencent Cloud Lighthouse
Bonus for OpenClaw or Hermes Agent open source project experience and understanding of closed-loop learning or hybrid architecture
System-level Agent optimization skills to reduce token consumption and improve long-task stability
Familiar with multi-agent collaboration scenario design or local-first deployment solutions

Responsibilities

Participate in intelligent agent platform architecture design and module integration with LLM, memory modules, and tool calling coordination
Deploy and optimize AI Agent development toolchains including LangChain and AutoGen framework adaptation
Design and implement Agent API integrations with external systems for data flow and tool plugin execution
Track frontier Agent technology ecosystem and complete research plus feasibility verification on OpenClaw and Hermes Agent
Write platform-level technical documentation and assist with Agent system stability testing and performance tuning
