We are looking for a Lead Architect AI to work remotely from México with our global client. Design and implement AI-enabled software development frameworks integrating Spec-Driven Development across the entire software lifecycle. Integrate AI capabilities into development platforms for automated code generation, testing, and integration workflows while leading solutions based on Spec-Driven Development.

Drive adoption of AI-based practices across projects ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment and provide technical mentorship to developers and engineers on cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.

Requirements

Strong experience in Spec-Driven Development or similar approaches
Experience with OpenSpec or equivalent tools
Practical knowledge of GitHub Copilot
Software development background with hands-on coding
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures including microservices, containerization, Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms, CI/CD and DevOps, and immutable infrastructure
Preferred: Cloud Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred: AI / Machine Learning-related certifications

Responsibilities
