Requirements

  • Experience crafting brand strategies that drive client acquisition and retention
  • Proven ability to position B2B services for SMBs in sectors like healthcare and driving schools
  • Expertise in demand generation including MQLs, pipeline, and CAC optimization
  • Proficiency overseeing SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content strategies
  • Track record leading thought leadership content for B2B trust-building
  • Hands-on execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strategic partnership with Sales to align marketing with revenue goals

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve TeamFicient's brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all channels
  • Position TeamFicient as the go-to remote staffing partner for healthcare, driving schools, and SMB clients
  • Own the brand narrative and ensure messaging consistency from awareness through retention
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified inbound leads
  • Build and manage the full marketing funnel in partnership with the Sales team
  • Set and own MQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC targets in alignment with revenue goals
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content strategy
  • Lead the production of thought leadership content that builds trust with target clients
