About this role
The Senior Resolution Specialist investigates complex accountholder issues submitted through i360 Salesforce cases by ACES Support Specialists. These often involve HSA, Website and Debit Card related questions, escalated concerns, case rebuttals, and follow-up. High attention to detail ensures thorough and accurate resolutions.
Resolving advanced cases is core, with exposure to multiple products including Limited FSA, HSA, Website, and Debit Card. The role demands goal-driven thoroughness in tasks and projects while tracking trends in case submissions for training enhancements.
As a mentor and coach, provide guidance to peers on complex cases, promoting consistency in handling. Support teammates by locating resources and collaborating across departments for efficient outcomes.
Serve as subject matter expert for i360 or CBAS enhancements and seek ways to improve processes, procedures, and systems. This fosters continuous improvement across the team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Extensive Reimbursement & HSA experience preferred
- Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems
- Able to learn, memorize and retain information
- Basic understanding of medical / reimbursement terminology preferred
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex accountholder issues submitted through i360 Salesforce cases
- Resolve advanced cases involving HSA, Website, Debit Card, and Limited FSA products
- Mentor and coach peers to promote consistency in case handling
- Collaborate with other departments on escalated concerns and rebuttals
- Serve as subject matter expert for i360 or CBAS enhancements
- Identify ways to make processes, procedures, and systems more efficient
- Track trends in case submissions for training enhancement opportunities
- Support teammates on complex cases by offering guidance and resources
